Anthony Donofrio teaches composition, theory, and new music at the University of Nebraska Kearney. He is very interested in fusing the compositional techniques of music, literature, and painting, often taking influence from authors Italo Calvino, James Joyce, and David Foster Wallace, and painters Mark Rothko and Clyfford Still. Anthony earned the Ph.D. in Music Composition from the University of Iowa in 2011.
