Cameron Wentz is a native of Hanover, PA, and holds degrees in composition from Westminster Choir College (Princeton, NJ), and the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD). His primary teachers have been Stefan Young, Benjamin C.S. Boyle, and Michael Hersch, as well as David Conte and Michel Merlet through his studies with the European American Musical Alliance. The core of Cameron’s music seeks to answer the call for social justice and peace in our world. He is also an accomplished organist, having studied with Alan Morrison and John Walker. Cameron currently works at the RIPM Center in Baltimore and serves as organist at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church near Gaithersburg, MD.
