Michael Henson

Michael HensonMichael Henson is a composer, clarinetist, and conductor currently living in Dallas, TX. He has been a featured composer and conductor for three years at the Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival and has performed at many new music events, including the Electroacoustic Juke Joint Festival in 2009 and numerous Society of Composers, Inc. Conferences. He is also a featured performer on Phillip Schroeder’s disc “Passage Through a Dream” (Innova Recordings 781). Michael earned a MM from Butler University and a BM from Henderson State University. He currently teaches clarinet, composition, and colorguard in the Dallas area.
