Michael Kaulkin

Michael Kaulkin is active in the San Francisco Bay Area as a teacher and as a composer of works for chorus, orchestra, film and the musical stage. His music has been described as “exceptionally beautiful on many counts.”  He holds a Master of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory and previously studied at the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest.  His music has been performed by the Oakland East Bay Symphony and other ensembles in the Bay Area and around the world, and his “City Walks” for String Quartet will be performed at the 2012 HellHOT Festival in Hong Kong.
