Reinaldo Moya is a Venezuelan-American composer whose works are inspired by literature. He’s the recipient of the Van Lier Fellowship from Meet the Composer and the Aaron Copland Award from the Copland House. He’s a graduate of The Juilliard School where he received his masters and doctorate degrees, under the tutelage of Samuel Adler and Robert Beaser. Mr Moya is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Music at St. Olaf College in Minnesota and is a member of the Theory and Composition Faculty at the Interlochen Arts Camp.
