Travis Alford is a composer, performer, and improviser (trumpet) in the Boston area. His music draws on his experiences with jazz, rock, free improvisation, band, and church music. He holds degrees from East Carolina University (BM ’05) and the New England Conservatory (MM ’05), and is currently a doctoral candidate at Brandeis University. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Music Composition and Theory at Gordon College in Wenham, MA.
